个人简介:

侯渊,中国科学技术大学近代力学系特任教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才(海外)。近年来主要研究方向为微纳及原子尺度制造技术、先进微电子器件集成以及材料微纳尺度力学行为等。目前已在Nat. Mater., Nat. Commun., PNAS, J. Mech. Phys. Solids, Nano Lett., Mater. Horiz., Small, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等期刊上发表学术论文20余篇。担任J. Mater. Inform.期刊青年编委。与德国马普固体物理所、意大利国际理论物理研究中心、香港大学等海外知名研究机构保持长期合作。
